About 4 inches of snow fell yesterday, and a little more over night so it seemed like a good day to go snowshoeing. Mueller State Park came to mind right away, but then we considered that we really didn’t want to make a full day of it. The El Paso County Regional Park, Fox Run is only 15 minutes or so away, and with the fresh snow here in the city we figured it would be a good choice.
We were snowshoeing for about an hour and 15 minutes, in the roughly 5 or six inches of fresh snow and 22 degree temps and were plenty warm when we got back to the truck.
Beautiful Day. Thanks for visiting my blog.
